At least two flights were canceled on Saturday due to bad weather conditions, the Department of Transportation and Communications said Saturday.In a post on its Twitter account, the DOTC said the canceled flights were those of carrier Air Philippines.

The canceled flights are:

- 2P-014: Manila to Tuguegarao

- 2P-015: Tuguegarao to Manila

Earlier, state weather forecasters said the northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon.PAGASA forecast cloudy skies with light rain for the Cagayan Valley area in Northern Luzon.Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with brief rain showers or thunderstorms, it added.
