Allegiant Airline will soon be offering nonstop flights from Stockton to Palm Springs, the City of Palm Springs said Tuesday.The new flights begin on Oct. 28, and will run Monday through Friday, Palm Springs Communications Director Amy Blaisdell said.The jet going to and from Stockton seats up to 150 people, Blaisdell said.Allegiant already has flights from Bellingham, Wash. to Palm Springs. That route carried 50,000 passengers last year.
