Venezuelan flag carrier Conviasa will begin commercial flights on the Caracas-Havana route Feb. 22, the state airline announced.Conviasa, which has been the main carrier of the Operación Milagro eye surgery program, will focus on foreign tourists visiting the island via Cuba.
