Venezuela’s state airline has restarted domestic flights after a two-week suspension of service following a deadly crash.Arturo Gil, deputy minister of planning and infrastructure for Conviasa, says that after a thorough review of procedures the airline resumed domestic operations Friday.Gil told reporters that international flights had continued while domestic flights were suspended.Conviasa began its review after 17 people died when one of its planes crashed Sept. 13 in Venezuela and another airliner was forced to make an emergency landing three days later.
