Fiji’s domestic carrier, Pacific Sun has announced more flights at more convenient times with lower fares for travel between Suva and Labasa.The changes were announced as part of Fiji Day celebrations and are effective from October 11.For a limited time the airline is offering $70 one-way fares, which include all surcharges and taxes, which means better choices and more affordable travel between Vanua Levu and Labasa.The changes mean there will be 25 return flights between the two ports.ATR41-500 aircraft seating 42 passengers will now depart Labasa at 0835hrs, departing on return from Suva at 1450hrs on Mondays and Fridays and at 1540hrs on all other days.Air Pacific managing director Dave Pflieger said,The airline has listened to comments from customers and have developed a great way to meet those requests.Pacific Sun general manager Jim Samson added,The new lot $70 fare will be available for a short time but a very competitive $99 fare will replace that special offering.
