Gatwick Airport is enjoying the success of its long-haul leisure routes with more flights announced for next year.Flights from Gatwick to Barbados are to increase from ten to 12 per week, British Airways has revealed.
BA is also adding an extra weekly service to Antigua, while the Gatwick to St Lucia-Port of Spain route will increase from five a week to a daily service.
The service to Cancun, which is due to start flying two flights per week in November, will have one weekly flight added for summer 2011.Gatwick to Florida services are changing, with Orlando losing two of its weekly flights to Tampa.Meanwhile, BA has announced a new five-a-week service from Heathrow Airport to Haneda in Japan, starting from February 2011.Monarch Airlines recently announced a new service between Gatwick and Calabria in Italy for next summer.
